Terms and Policies for Tutors
1. Upon submitting the registration form (email us for the form), you will become a registered tutor with Niche Tuition Online Agency.
2. Registration is absolutely FREE!
3. You must have at least GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent degree, and are able to produce the necessary documents for certification when required to do so. If you are a school teacher or ex-school teacher, your recognized teaching qualifications can be shown instead.
4. You are expected to complete the registration form accurately and to the best of your knowledge, all information submitted will definitely be kept confidential by Niche Tuition.
5. Once a suitable student is available, you are expected to turn up for the lesson punctually with the necessary documents for verification. Any case of failure to turn up or unable to produce the necessary documents will result in the tutor being blacklisted by Niche Tuition.
6. If the student decides to terminate the assignment after the first lesson, no fees will be collected. Niche Tuition will soon notify you again when there is another suitable student.
7. If the student decides to continue with the assignment after the first lesson, he/she will pay the fees as agreed earlier on. A 50% commission will be charged for the first 4 weeks of tuition.
8. Niche Tuition will notify the student shortly after the first lesson regarding payment for the first two weeks of tuition fee. This amount is the one-time payment of 50% commission payable to Niche Tuition . This payment will be made after two weeks of tuition. The student will pay the tuition fee for the remaining two weeks of the first month directly to the tutor upon completion of all lessons for the first month. From then onwards, all monthly tuition fee payments will be made to the tutor only.
9. Niche Tuition definitely hopes that our tuition services can be effective and pleasant to the tutors and the students. However, should any conflict or disagreement arise between tutors and students, we will not be held responsible for resolving them. We will also not be liable for any form of damages arising in connection with your use of our website.
Terms and Policies for Students
1. Niche Tuition guarantees that our tutors are competent and have at least resonably good grades in the subjects they teach. You may request for certification to be made.
2. Once a suitable tutor is available, your first lesson will be arranged. Should you decide to terminate the assignment after the first lesson, Niche Tuition will definitely provide you with another tutor, no fees will be charged on the first lesson. After the first lesson, you have absolutely no obligations to employ another tutor from Niche Tuition.
3. If you decide to continue with the assignment after the first lesson, you will have to pay the fees as agreed earlier on (including the first lesson), thee first lesson will then be charged at the rate of a normal tutoring session.
4. Niche Tuition will notify you shortly after the first lesson regarding payment for the first two weeks of tuition fee. This amount is the one-time payment of 50% commission payable to Niche Tuition . This payment will be made during the first lesson. Payment is to be made by cash.
5. You will pay the tuition fee for the remaining two weeks of the first month directly to the tutor upon completion of all lessons for the first month. All subsequent monthly tuition fee payments will also be made to the tutor only.
6. After the first 4 weeks of tuition, you will still be a registered student with Niche Tuition and we will be most glad to provide you with our services should you decide to have another tutor in the future.
